For those who feel it is not giving you a soft sound when you touch the keys slowly, reduce the minimum volume to 0. Add some release so that the note sustains a bit. This can make you sound really good.

This is a fantastic sounding piano. Try setting your midi velocity at 70, instead of 96 or or whatever is typical. It sounds much better. Also, mess with reverb and add Ambience piano reverb preset and it will be perfect.
