Borderlands 2 dlc downloaded but not installed ps4
But Steam explicitly says to have installed them. Just now I verified my steam cache. I believe those are the stand-alone versions, since they were all pre-order bonuses initially. My guess is that the content is included in the game download already.
GOTY adds all those benefits. Aah, that explains. I can select Gaige or also Krieg as a new character. I noticed the discrepancy between Steam and the in-game dlc submenu only much later. So, to cut a long story short: I do not have to worry and my game is fine? Thank you guys :. I waited for GOTY edition mostly just so everything would be bundled together in one simple package.
But now GOTY doesn't even mean that these days. Showing 1 - 5 of 5 comments. The not downloaded issue is common. Basicly any DLC that has already been added to the game so you can play with other people who have that cotent purchased doesn't need to be downloaded again. And as for the DLCs, the main game by itself is more game than anyone needs to ask for. Anything extra is just that, extra. IF you don't want the extras, I recommend not buying them.
There is easily hundreds of hours of gameplay without any of it. The majority of it is just cosmetic stuff for anyone who wishes to pay a little bit to make thier character more unique. But the other items have added more enjoyable gameplay to an otherwise fun game. With the Season Pass alone, you can easily go from a couple hundred hours of gameplay to a thousand!
Then the extra characters if either of them suit your playstyle, can add even more. And yes there's even more to come. I personally can't wait! NewTroll mostly covered it, but may I add with the fact that most hobbies take a lot out of your pockets anyways?
I turned down gardening because of that, and also because of pests When I started to play for the first time, it seems like the creature dome and premier DLC's activated. I guess they install, then wait for a first-time play. I don't know. Seems like Gearbox made this too confusing. I'm still fuzzy on what the season pass was all about. You pay to play the game for a limited time only?
I guess if it's cheaper than paying for the full game that might be worth while. I used to replay games a lot, but now I'm pretty much done after 1 play-through.
And, yes, expensive hobbies are expensive compared to gaming. That's why I gave up scuba diving. But, I'm really just tired of how confusing and annoying they're making things.
